I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Dilreet and Ardour Events. Due to the pandemic, our events changed multiple times, and she was patient and beyond helpful throughout the whole process. She became the bridesmaid I never had without being asked to do so- I don’t know any planner out there who would do so much for their client. We shopped around and met with multiple planners before going with Ardour Events. The big distinction is that most planners out there will juggle multiple events at once and have their assistants tend to you. I don’t think that’s appropriate with the amount of money families spend on weddings/events. Many had a cold approach and defined everything through contracts, rules, and upcharges. Ardour Events was the opposite of this- a much needed change in our current wedding industry. Working with Dilreet Kaur felt like working with family- and that’s how wedding planning should be!

I don’t even know where to start with Dilreet and her team. It’s now 5 days after my wedding and reception, and I’m still getting calls from family saying Dilreet and her team were beyond amazing. She handled everything with a smile and was so respectful. She was the PERFECT wedding planner. I booked her services for day of coordination and she started helping me with everything well in advance. I’m so grateful for her and the relief she brought me during this process. There were days I’d vent to her about how stressed I was and she helped me through it all. I’m honestly so happy I came across her at a friends wedding and decided to hire her team for my big day. Honestly the best decision ever. I definitely gained an amazing friend through this process. I’d recommend her to anyone. She puts her heart into everything she does for her clients and it’s very clear. THE BEST!

Planning a wedding during pandemic was difficult, especially after postponing in 2020 and rescheduling for 2021. What all made it perfect and easy was when I asked Dilreet to be my wedding coordinator. Her professionalism, kind and warm heart made the whole process very easy and seamlessly. She handles under pressure well and she makes difficult issues better again. She accommodates you to the fullest and gives 100% the whole time. Bhakti and I are truly grateful to have you and your team coordinate our wedding and reception. We both appreciate everything you did for us and making dreams come true.
